It's in Plai Laem, thus shouldn't be too difficult to find out who is behind. Anyway, 2.5 Mio. for studio sounds high to me, 5 Mio for a one bed room even more, but then again, no sqm are given.....

The only condos that I know of under construction in Plai Laem are on Soi 7. (Next to the old Coco properties.)

There are two phases. S'scape and Samui Sands. (That's from my dodgy memory!)

S'Scape was the original one started a while ago. Now suspended - Project management company and builder removed from the project.

Searching around I found the following. I think that they are all of the same place?
