IMHO Posted April 17, 2014 Share Posted April 17, 2014 Most TV's, Bluray players and DVD players have basic but functional media player functionality built-in (over Ethernet, USB and some with wifi)..... Is that an android device? If so, I've heard from some who own them that there are issues with them. Not playing all the media types, not supporting the full range of audio options, etc. I've got a WDTV and it works great. We don't do anything online, just play stuff off a portable HD.
