Looking for someone to motorcycle the Mae Hong Son loop

Featured Replies

Hey all,

I'm travelling Thailand and staying in Chiang Mai for a few weeks.

I'm looking for a partner (on separate bikes) to do the Mae Hong Son Loop as I've heard it's incredibly beautiful!

I'd be interested in doing the loop in 5-7 days, but am flexible!

Let me know,

M

If you go from mae sarieng south to mae sot be aware that there is a very poor section south of sop moie which is very poor being resurfaced on the hill tops and was a nightmare in my 4x4.

From mae sarieng take the road back to chiangmai.

Dont miss tham lot cave in soppong.

The imperial mae hong son is good vale at baht 1300.

I recommend riverside woodenhouse in mae sariang at baht 850.

Have a great time...go carefully theres some terrible drivers about.

what kind of bike are you on ?

Hey all, I've already doing the Mae Hong Son loop and am in Mae Hong Son right now. I ended up staying in Pai for 9 days -- no idea how that happened... that place is like if Thailand were run by hippies.

Haven't found the riding to be very difficult at all and it's been an absolutely beautiful ride!

Thanks for the advice!
