3-2 so far.

Aussie could easily have had 3-1, then it became 2-2 instead.

Instead of an easy 3-2 to Aussie, it became a 3-2 to Holland.

There was and stil is possible Holland can be involved in the 2 biggest upsets so far.

To be honest....this game shows that they are not that superteam as many thought they were after match against spain.

I think most people agree Hollands first match never represented the real difference.

Nobody stated Holland was a superteam based upon one special match.

Agree with the member saying the 3rd goal should have been dealt with.

Super Ange....well hasnt he shown that hes a tactician, not only picked a side that has chemistry with strong work ethics he can mastermind a game plan that can actually take it up to and give these "big" sides a run for there money.

Spain 0-2 as i type, all of a sudden they look more than doable, i think we might even go in as favorites now wouldnt that be a turn up?

Terrific game and an outstanding display from the Aussies. The Dutch looked rattled when they went behind to the harsh penalty. But they rallied and grabbed victory. The flat performance of the Spanish tonight makes you wonder if we have read too much into the Dutch victory in the opening game.

A draw against Chile will see the Dutch win the group but they are likely to face another tough game and will need to be up for it. This group has been easily the most exciting so far.

So far, Australia was known to be very good at rugby, now we know they are also good at football ; I wish they win the match, just to show the Dutch they are not so good ( it seems easy to beat Spain nowadays )

More than 24 hrs on and things have sunk in. So proud of the aussie team. While short on technical ability i think we showed the world against holland that we can play some football. We havnt just parked the bus but tried to move the ball about and the team deserves more reapect than it got from the pundits prior to the tournament.

I'm also proud of the lads, nearly went their way and surprised the Dutch and the rest of the woRld too.
