I'm considering with the same exhaust that I got for my CBR, Leo Vince coursa GP. Carbon. Maybe Christmas :D

I plan to also change the rear set .

Slowly but surely get like LL :D

I also need a radiator cover guard ASAP

Where are you located? Bangkok?

Unfortunately not. Superbike place as they call themselves (nice place) has all the "name" brands. Think the gloves were XL alpine stars. My hands are not XL but could not get anywhere near getting them on.

I've just lost a glove and would like to get another set from paddock but I'm too lazy to go to rachadaprisek. So ems would be a good option. Do they charge extra for ems??

There is a shop SP320 close to my condo, I could ride their in less than 5 minutes away. but I'm not sure of what they carry. Thanks LL for the info

Get your point. Believe the products are made in China these days. No offence to Asian people but possibly Asian XL is not the same.

Will return to outlet soon and give a bit more effort trying to get them on.

Personally I don't think it is a good idea to buy gloves online, just like shoes, you should try them on before you buy.

But hey, that is just my opinion :-)

true if you have never had them before but in my case I'm just buying the same ones over

How did you guys do the break-in?

Is it done from factory or is it same as z250?

0-800km - 4000rpm max

800-1600km - 6000rpm max?

Owners manual was in Thai only smile.png

There have been huge discussions about engine break in before on TV.

Some believe in: ride it like you stole it theory, and change oil +filter after the first 100 km and then again after 1000km.

I personally believe in: follow the manual recommendation, so a fairly gentle break-in.

The most important is not to staying at the same revs all the time but vary them and don't strain the the engine.

What did they tell you at the shop you bought it from?

I drove my hard since the first day I got it. I tested the top speed the next day on my way to work.

After doing the oil change I was concerned about the oil and filter being filled with shards of metal but the filter was as clean as can be.

I'm going to ride the complete 5k before taking it in again. They told me I should do it in 3k or 4k . They also said every other oil change I can change the filter but that's bs. Every time I change the oil I'm going to change the filter.

Where was it? Was a farang driving? I was driving around silom/thonburi area smile.png

A Thai guy was riding it with aftermarket black/gold levers. looking nice.

for break in, just vary the revs, dont stay at a certain rpm long time, try not to lug the engine too many times during first 1000 km - not saying never lug - , accel and decel, redline it and change the oil and oil filter at 100 km and at 1000 km one more time, switch to full synthetic at 6000 km.

good luck and happy rides!

yes, not saying you need to run close to redline all the time but redlining it at times.
