Is the Kite surfing area down from Market village operational today since it is the Beach clean-up?

sure. i  work at the KBA opposite market village.

   at the moment its closed as we are in Phuket. but  we are back in september. the other school which is open all year round is in soi 75/1,

 few hundred meters from market village

Cha Am is 20 k north of hua hin, however the question was about hua hin.
