Thanks man, I appreciate it.

I am in Chiang mai right now, but will be back in Bangkok soon.

Any other popular places in Bangkok where bodybuilding stores are? I gotta look for it all over )

On Silom Road are some pharmacies but never saw that there, only dymatize, ON etc. around Soi 2,4 and Patpong

You should look online at fitwhey if you can they seem to have a wide selection. Though the ordering process is a bit hard.

Phukethealtstore has many things but I didn't look up if they have this one....

I used to get it from phukethealthshop.

The United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) maintains a Web site that challenges myths about dietary supplements and discourages their use. Among other things, the site warns:

  • Navigating the supplement marketplace and supplement issues is difficult. No one person or organization can provide all the answers.
  • Many people have hastily jumped to the conclusion that supplements are safe, effective, and a necessary part of being an elite athlete.
  • It is very unlikely that healthy people will be unable to get the nutrients they need from diet alone. There is simply no substitution for eating a proper diet.
  • The majority of supplements have not been proven to improve performance.
  • Certain dietary supplements contain exorbitant amounts of nutrients that are unnecessary, unusable by the body, or even potentially harmful.
  • The best option may be to not take dietary supplements.

The OP is probably someone who wants to gain mass and muscle.. that pus him outside of the normal range. Personally I would not take a mass gainer as I don't have problems gaining mass. Loosing fat that is a different story.

On one side you got sites that promise everything and on the other side you got sites like this that try to scare you away.

Good thing is we can all make personal choices about these things.

My experience is though that you won't notice much from MOST legal supplements. Illigal stuff works but brings risks with use and everyone has to decide if the risk is worth it.

I highly doubt that legal supplements are worse as drinking beer. Just to point something out because most people have no problems drinking alcohol while the dangers of that far outweigh risks from supplements.

Yea, they no longer carry any BSN brand supplements.

Ok an Update:

No BSN that I could see. Plenty of ON, UN, Dymatize, Musashi.

A mass gainer contains lot of calories....as more you eat as heavier you get. It doesn't need the USADA to understand that.

Beside he didn't asked if it makes sense to eat it, he asked where he can buy it.
