Rains, inadequate drainage cause Patong streets to flood 50cm

That new third road in Patong started off a disaster. Poor quality build that was then shredded by all the construction traffic. Many 4 floor building were completed, then they thought about drainage, so a new higher concrete road was built, higher than some new business, then they started on the large drains. Still not fully completed. Talk about poor forward planning.
