Apartments Near New Airport?

Featured Replies

Well, if the new airport opens as scheduled, then I'm also due for relocation. Just wondering if anyone can recommend any decent apartments (price range of around 10 000B/month, lower would be better) close to the new airport. Perhaps the Bang Na dtrat area (I'd like to be near shopping malls as well, and relatively close to the BTS, since I always use it). I know the saying "you get what you pay for", but any "diamonds in the rough" around?

Thanks very much for any insight!

You might try Garden Towers. Owned by the same folks who run Teo Hong Silom. Managed by CBRE.

You might look into the Floraville development. It's on Pattanagan near Sri Nakarin, so it's near the freeway to the Airport and it will be very near the Huamak Station when the Airport Rail Link finally opens.
