try this these guys, never travelled with them, but are aware of them

Another company, but dont think they would be doing helicopter tours per se, they do commerical chopper services, but may be able to put you onto someone, who does unless you upto chartering a chopper

The History of Helicopter Crashes and Incidents is appalling, lack of maintenance etc, stay out of the!

The crashes referred to badly maintained age old army/airforce equipment.

I remember a price of 20'000 Baht per hour for a small heli charter.

20k/hr would be a small chopper certainly

I seem to remember a company had these over London.

Seriously, as far as I recall it was a Goodyear blimp that operated out of Elstree airdrome.
