Netflex

Featured Replies

Is anyone in Bangkok uses Netflex. If so how easy and how good is it?

I use Netflix here in Thailand. $7.99/month streaming only option. You will need an address and credit card in the country that you plan netflix to be based in, remember there is no Netflix here in Thailand.

...oh yeah, and I love it

I love NF instant streaming. I have sworn off cable, using only NF, antenna for local HD stations, and Internet TV. Of course, I live in the States, but if NF streaming is available in Thailand, it's a great option.

You need to use a vpn (virtual private network) which provides you with a ip address from whatever country you want (i.e. U.S. for Hulu and Netflix, U.K. for BBC) if you want to subscribe Netflix/Hulu here in Thailand. I use http://hola.org It's free and has an extension for both Chrome and Firefox. I have subscriptions to Netflix and Hulu. ...Pay with my Bangkok Bank "Be 1st" Electronic Visa Atm/Debit card. Also if you like NBA basketball you can subscribe to http://watch.nba.com/nba/ directly without vpn/Hola.

I have a subscription to Netflix here in America.... have it on my iPhone, iPad, and of course my computer (not Mac)....will it carry over to Thai? It is paid automatically from my account in the states every month.

You need a device that can play netflix like Android Box or Apple Tv, then pay for a DNS service, i'm using www.unotelly.com which is around 45US a year just to make Netflix believe that you're in the US for instance.

Been using this service for more than 2 years now, never had to complain
