NongKhaiKid
Poor old Ball, maybe's he's lucky he only lost a finger. Police have all their names and are hunting them down ! It might be more accurate to say police have names and are trying to establish if they are genuine.

ezzra
These hoodlums will not dare to do in VN what they do in Thailand, over there, you get caught and it's the firing squad for you, no mercy, here you get to share a cell with all other "lucky" prisoners, and after an amnesty, clemency and HM birthday pardon, you be out in 3-4 years,

Thanh Nien News has an English version. Click on the Society link. Vietnam don't use firing squad. They use lethal injection. Death penalty is reserved for high volume drug crimes and certain murders. It is not applied for cases of mutilation. Vietnam also have pardons for Tet (Lunar New Year). Again, stop writing nonsense. The grass is not always greener.
