NamKangMan Posted September 19, 2014 Posted September 19, 2014 4 adults on a bike ... running a red light .... says it all. Just how "high speed" can a scooter go with 4 onboard? I'm thinking one, or more, on the back, shifted their weight, and sent the bike off into the tree.
