witnesses, fake DNA results, and policemen don't come cheap you know. Have to get the revenue back somehow...right? Of course when they install the 16,000 baht microphones... well nuff said.... how long to they plan to collect this 'tax?' I'll bet like most it'll never be rescinded and just go into the mafias' pocket.
