A few times I've needed something picked up and delivered and a motorbike delivery service would have been perfect.

I think this could be a viable business model, would you use a service like this? If so how much would you be willig to pay for a local pick up and delivery (within 10km radius)?

This already exists all over Thailand and is used daily by millions. They call it motosai taxi. They will pick up your laundry get your food, or deliver and pick up anything you need quite reasonable too.

Not only motorcycle taxies. There are also incorporated companies offering this service B2B.

Sorry to burst your bubble david but this is a multi million baht buisiness already with literally hundreds of companies over Thailand.
