OTOP Premium fair kicks off today at Export Promotion Department

The Department of Export Promotion, under the Ministry of Commerce, is hosting the “OTOP Premium” fair, which is aimed to promote the knowledge and intelligence of Thai people.

The “OTOP Premium” fair starts from today to the 29th of this month between 10:00 and 20:00 hours at the product exhibition building of the Export Promotion Department on Rachadapisek Road.

Many varieties of top quality OTOP items are being showcased in this event such as fashion products, decorative goods, cosmetics, foods and beverages.

Best of OTOP has been a success over the past 3 days

The Best of OTOP fair has received great interest from members of the public. Visitors are especially interested in large varieties of delicious food items, as 13 food stalls have been set up at the fair.

Mr. Somchai Sunthornwat, the Deputy Minister of Interior and the Chairperson of the Best of OTOP board, said the fair has been held at Challenger Building in IMPACT Arena, Muang Thong Thani for over the past three days, and many people have come to this event. Yesterday, people took their families to the fair to see and buy many three to five-star OTOP goods, which have been gathered from across the nation.

Mouth-watering food courses from all four regions of Thailand have come together at the fair, and about 2,000 seats have been prepared for the incoming visitors. Meanwhile, the children are particularly interested in climbing replicated cliffs at OTOP Tourism Village.

Today, comedy shows and various interesting activities will be held at the Best of OTOP. The fair will be closed at 22:00 hours today.
