Tourist Police arrest three Ladyboys after beach theft.

11_08_7_2.jpg

Police Captain Siam and a team of undercover Tourist Police Officers conducted an operation on Pattaya Beach on Thursday Night after receiving information from two Tourists from the United Arab Emirates who claimed that three Ladyboys had surrounded them and managed to steal money from their pockets.

This form of organized crime is all too common on Pattaya Beach and the Tourist Police, based on descriptions of the three suspects searched for them. The three suspects who were later positively identified by the two victims were taken back to the Tourist Police Station.

The money was recovered and the three suspects named as Khun Sutipan aged 21, Khun Biyaporn aged 24 and Khun Siwanit aged 36, were all charged with theft.

Are the cops pointing at their suspects so we don't get confused about who is who? :o

How many times have the same ones been arrested before for the same stuff? How long does any Thai spend in jail for this type of crime?

Yes the Police should crack down on these criminals.....nice to see that they round them up now and again......Unfortunately for soliciting the penalty at the moment is a maximum fine of baht 1,000.

No doubt for thieving they will have to pay a little more and then be released back to their Beach Road stalking ground where they can accost more people.

Nah, that's the cops staying undercover in their gangsta rap poses :D

I think this is pure discrimination--those poor things couldn't run very fast with stiletto's on--the BIB should pick a fair fight. I hope they scratch their eyes out!
