Does anyone know or have experience of a good lawyer to deal with an enviroment agency issue. I am having problems with the enviroment agency as they say my house infringes on forestry land.

Any info appreciated.

Best go see the NCPO. They have a office for dealing with this issue with maps showing the borders. They will check your title against the maps. Let me see if I can find the link.

The issue is not land title or borders it is that many years ago this was forestry land. It seems they can look at a 50 year old map and say that it was forestry land then and apply that to now. There are people living there with Chanoote title.

Seems almost unbelievable but TIT.

Thanks for your replies much appreciated.

Only the NCPO can rectify this. Lawyers will drag it out and it could take a decade through the courts. Get everyone together who are affected in the area and visit them. I'm told they are stationed at the Naval base at Cape Panwa.
