Someone help me.

I bought a condo, the floor became damaged by water. Q house claim the fridge is the cause of the water. please look at the attached image (drip tray with no water in the outer drip tray) and tell me if you think water from the drip tray could be the issue

While the source of water damage is sometimes not obvious when it is intermittent, it should be if continuous. The drip tray doesn't seem suspicious from the photo. But what is the damage and where? If it's around your fridge, that would be a logical conclusion. ??

As said current photo is only current condition. By perhaps more likely door not closed and water from defrost came out beyond tray.

Regardless of where it came from, unless a high-end installation, one wonders why they used laminate flooring in the kitchen unless a specific request? Try moving the fridge to a different area and see if problem persists. Just keep on at them if you suspect leaky pipe etc.
