2nd Hand Honda Jazz Vtec, Lots Of Questions ; )

Hi,

I am looking for a little zippy car. From what I have read, a 2nd hand honda Jazz Vtec seems to fit my needs:

- under 600.000 bhat so I can pay cash

- hard suspension and presumably good handling capabilities

- remniniscent of my beloved golf gti

Being in a rush to get one (starting a job outside Bkk next week with 70km commute), the questions I have about it:

- Has is realy good handling habilities? (i.e. turn hard, break hard, predictable)

- The price is see in the dealer classified are around 550-580 KB for a 2004 or 2005 model? Is it like in the US, i.e. is there a lot of room for negotiations at a Thai 2nd hand dealership?

- Any dealer you would advise ? (note, I don't speak thai fluently)

- Do I need to bring a Thai speaker with me

- Are there some hidden cost behind the sticker price? (taxes...)

- Any specific option (gearbox, seats....) or model year (2004 or 2005) I should look in particular when getting the Honda Jazz Vtec?

- Any reasons why I shouldnt buy a 2nd hand Jazz Vtec?? :o

Thanks in advance for any advice you may have. :D
