Car cooling system repair shops in CM: any good ones?

Got an older standard car, no computerized workings, but have some issues with temperature gage going high. If back home, USA, would get check up but here much more difficult due to language, inability to read, even find GM dealer.

Got any recommendations or ideas for me, even if slightly out-of-town.
