I know of two shops that have closed recently (between KSK and Nimmanhemein, and on Mae Rim Road (rte 106). I used to like their reasonably-priced menu offerings, comfortable surroundings... and their chocolate muffins. Are they Kaput?

I've seen 3 recently. One on CMU campus, next to Library. One in Kad Suan Keaw, next to Tops supermarket and the third in old city very near the moat road about at Suan Dok gate.

Thai bakeries are generally not very good. Everything is much too sweet.

There's a Fai bakery outlet immediately across the street from McCormick Hospital.

Thanks for the replies. Agree much too sweet (except my chocolate muffin). I should have mentioned that I was inquiring more about their restaurant operation than the bakery itself.
