I got back from work yesterday & missy told me she'd seen something disturbing on the news.

There's a small footbridge crossing wireless road close to lumpini park & police station. A mugger stabbed & killed 2 people there yesterday - one has 1,000 Baht and the other 20 Baht.

I can't find anything in the news - but it's just around the corner from my appartment, and is a little worrying because I sometimes walk that way home from work - if I fancy taking the long way home.

Apparently - they caught the yaba-head that did it.

Did anyone say legalise drugs ??

I heard that there were two separate incidents involving glue-sniffing teenagers on the footbridge. The first guy got hit over the head with a board and lost 1000 b. around midnite. Police captured the perp because he stayed in the vicinity. The victim ended up with stitches on the back of his head.

An hour later, another guy was held up by another teenaged sniffer at the same place and the victim resisted. He was stabbed and died. I don't know if that perp was caught yet.

Glue sniffers are very dangerous. I would be very careful.

I would make a serious complaint to the area's police to clean this scum out, face to face at the station, Lumphini district I guess, maybe not.

Iknow , Iknow, I know. But it might help the situation.

If its the case of hardcore glue sniffers. They won't get too far in a day and are pretty simple to locate farther down/up on Rama4 slums. Propably just isolated incident.
