Just went from Central to Bangtao and back to Rassada on scooter, nice and cool but the dark clouds passing north and south of me had me worried for a bit of time (no raincoat)

Is it me or the TMD weather radar is only working two hours a day? Every time i check the site it shows frames between 8am to 10am. This site was great but has been unusable for a long time now.
