Vipassana, Samatha, Microcosmic Orbit- Which meditation do you do?

Everywhere I have been in Thailand I only hear people discussing Vipassana with regards to meditation, or mindfulness. I am aware that there are a few primary tools, such as vipassana and samatha, but do any on these forums practice other techniques, such as the Microcosmic Orbit/Circulation of Light?

Do any practice anapanasati or pranayama breathing techniques? As with nearly everywhere else I have been I rarely note people practicing the breathing aspect of meditation, which is actually the key. I would be interested in any observations. Thank you.

(This was not posted in Buddhism because it addresses Taoist and Indian Yoga techniques as well. So, I was unsure where best to post it).

I notice you say "good glass" (of wine), not (glass of) "good wine".

Good wine by the glass is available, but hard to come by. Good wine glasses are easier to find.
