Has anyone had any dealings with this Company? I am looking to purchase one of their blueprint packages for a bungalow we want to build in Prachuap Khiri Khun and just wondering if someone knows anything more about this company. The drawings all look good and I realise at the end of the day it will be down to the builder to get it right.

That reply made me chuckle. Well done. But seriously, there is nothing wrong with honesty and I would rather be told if someone has had dodgy dealings than land up dropping an expensive proverbial ..........!!!!

In your location, you really should look around for what other (farangs) have done and make a choice from that. IE: Has SmileHomes built anything around there? The problem with blueprints in Thailand is that not all "builders" understand them even though they will look at it and then look at the ceiling and come up with some multiple of million baht. This is where YOU need to do diligence.

Maybe the day for prepackaged homes has come in Thailand. I have watched contractors build from the ground and and shook my head and walked away. I even lived in a big "leaker" in Phitsanulok province during the heavy rainy season 4 years ago. What a nightmare. I watched and learned first hand that water does not run uphill in the bathroom it pools.
