Police to use crash test dummy in Chuwong's car crash death

BANGKOK: -- The police are planning to use crash test dummy to determine the exact cause of death of the construction billionaire Chuwong Sae Tang.

The latest attempt to divulge mystery surrounding his death came as the Crime Suppression Division (CSD) has almost completed its finding into Chuwong’s unusual transfers of listed stocks worth over 300 million baht to two girls before his death.

CSD found unusual correction of the share transfer documents as invisible ink was used to correct the purpose of the use of shares from pledging to ownership transferring.

In normal practise of correction, the incorrect words will be marked with a cross and attached with a signature of the marker. But in this case, invisible ink was used to erase the purpose of the share from pledging to transferring.

The CSD was finding the person who erased the original purpose of the share owner as this might involve more than one person, and this could link to his death.

Royal Thai Police spokesman Pol Lt Gen Prawut Thavornsiri said the police investigators would use crash test dummy for study of its impacts inside the vehicle whether the wounds from the test and positions after the impact would match the wounds and bruises found in the body of Mr Chuwong.

He said the police needed to find the same model of the vehicle in the test.

CSD police sought warrant from the court today to search for evidence of Mr Chuwong’s stock trading information in his office on Lard Prao road.

His family today submitted more evidence to the CSD on his share transfer to investigate.

This came after Pol Lt Col Bunyin Tangpakorn came out to disclose that he and Mr Chuwong planned to mobilise 5 billion baht to set up a political party with Chuwong being a party leader.

The former Nakhon Sawan MP of the Pheu Thai party claimed the 300 million baht worth of shares was part of the mobilised funds to set up political party.

However the claim was dismissed by the police spokesman who said finding by the CSD showed most shares are in the portfolio of Mr Chuwong, while others held less shares.

Chuwong’s son and sister today submitted the evidence to the CSD police.

They also dismissed Pol Lt Col Bunyin’s claim of the 300-million baht shares was part of the raised funds in a joint investment, while not knowing anything about forming a political party.

In fact they said Chuwong invested only 30 million baht in the joint investment, and the amount had nothing to do with the 300 million baht worth of shares unusually transferred to two girls.

A crash test dummy is more likely to solve this case than the RTP.

I'm sure that the family will have enough spare cash to buy a Lexus for the demo.

BIB are trolling us again boys. Move along, nothing to see here.

Why not just use Bunyin?

Sure I thought they were to announce this week the case was concluded and arrests imminent, and everything was secure and factual to get a conviction!! ?

One of the "pretties", Kantana Sivatanapol, 26 also has a bunyin the oven and it would be interesting to see a paternity test result.

Very realistic experiment. Putting a dead dummy in a car and crashing it. Im impressed.

So who is going to pay for the Lexus they are going to crash,

much easier if they just look at the on board computer, they

are really stringing this out.

regards worgeordie

Maybe it was one of the Chinese inflatible dolls..I mean girlfriends. They were made specifically with head slamming in mind

Maybe it was one of the Chinese inflatible dolls.

Well at least "she" might get some share transfers?

Wonder how many times they'll crash it before the dummy ends up in the right spot?

It really is a circus here sometimes...........unfortunately, not so funny that we would be forced to laugh!!!

Tons of dummies at RTP. Take a pick! clap2.gif

Low man on the seniority totem pole please step forward.

What they really need is some evidence. Thus police need to get investigating.

Dummies.. it take one to crash one......

I had rather thought that the crash-test dummy was already leading the investigation?

Do it the Thai way.

1. use a Burmese dude or 2 should the first 1 die.

2. Grab a manaquin from central, that aught to do the job

Is the dummy gonna check the black box for the RTP?

or they could just use one of them kao tao scapegoats to test

Why a crash test dummy? So many live dummies in Government to use!

Very good idea.

Easy to find the same kind of car. That Lexus is exactly the same that the Japanese made Toyota Landcruiser - I think its have different name here - the only difference are luxury interior details, and probably a sunroof and side air bags.

After the test they find the dummy to be dead.

the rich always has so many many ways to demand for justice.
