Hi,

Please forgive if this has been asked before but ive had a car for a year now and have been severely messed about by various authorities and individuals over how to transfer to my name.

Yes the previous owner still techncally owns it & Im startying to worry.

Please what are the requirements to put it in my name?

Where exactly? I tried a search fo "car ownership requirements" etc but got nothing relating to my question. Is there a page with this info on? I imagine im not the first to ask or the last............
