I think I'm right in believing that to change the signatory on a Thai business account you need the minutes from a shareholders' meeting authorising the new signatory as well as a copy of the Business Registration document showing the new signatory's name?

I was wondering if anyone had a proforma for the minutes please?

Since you have to have minutes of these shareholder meetings every year, just take that as a sample. One of the agenda points in your last meeting will have been that Mr X should now be the signatory for bank account no. xxxxx with bank ABC.
