The general gist is that if you sell to a reseller then you're going to get shafted and that includes trading in. The reseller isn't a charity and rightly so.

Just make sure that if and when you sell online that you have some form of recompense if the deal goes belly up. Whilst eBay isn't perfect, the buyer and seller have a certain amount of protection so long as you play by the rules.

There's many online ruses to part you with your cash even when you think you've got the cash. Online sales are dangerous territory.
