Silva for me. He's the unsung hero, his professionalism and attitude no matter how many kicking he gets are a credit. His is the type of attitude that should be promoted to kids as opposed to the likes of Costa etc getting all the headlines.

the 5 years thing is a bit weird. why not 3? or 7? or 10? or 20? feels like you're trying to make a case for silva when he doesn't need it. anyone who knows anything about football recognises a wonderful footballer when they see him, and silva is that. he's a majestic player who cheats space and always seems to have time on the ball. not sure why you feel this need to defend him really. just enjoy watching him.

Probably best you word your question a little better. Suarez and bale are by far the best footballers to have player in the prem in the last five years light years ahead of silva and the kun aggie who were better than average last season but only just neither are gonna go on or up from man city in world quality,,,, strictly on the bench at best.
