I'm sure I've seen this question asked before but was unable to find thread using the search function.

Anyway, has anyone tried Expat Premium TV?

I've received an email from them and the package they offer looks good. It is basically Sky TV from what I can see and includes all the sports channels and entertainment for 799 THB/m.

Is anyone here using this service? Any good?

Thanks

It's Sky Sports and Sky Movies with a few extra channels thrown in. It doesn't include any of the basic channels carried by the standard expat TV. Techically it works well but if you were to combine the two to get a "full" package then it's starting to look a bit more expensive at just short of 1700. I'm sure some will be more than happy with that although you still won't get 3pm kick-offs unless you add in 365 sport as well.

I'd also prefer it if they could somehow combine into a single app with different packages available depending on what you want to watch.

All these services are too expensive…just like ilikehd.

I get my IPTV from a site called IKS66.com

Don't go there directly….check out this website…..www.iptvtalk.org……before you do anything.

You have to do a lot of reading to understand how it works but I get over 1000 channels including many foreign ones, PPV channels, live sports, uk tv, USA TV (130 is all I need) for US$70 a year…that works out to less than 250baht per month.

Except they need to add CTH/Bein Sports/NBCSN (i.e. more than one NBCSN) as they don't have all the 3pm kickoffs.

I have been using this service for a couple of months, and until recently have been very pleased with it. I use it mostly to watch films. I have an Android set top box, with fibre optic from TOT, and connected directly through ethernet.

Recently however, a strange fault has developed! For no apparent reason a section of the film will start repeating a clip of variable length, so seamlessly that you can hardly tell what is happening, until after three or four loops. It can repeat anything from two to six times, then suddenly run normally again, but with a gap in the continuity, impossible to say how much is lost. Fast forward or reverse might clear it, but the point where it goes is totally random, the thread is lost!

This fault may occur at any time - in the titles, the end credits, the adverts, or anywhere in the body of the film. Interestingly, it seems to happen most at exciting bits of action! Sometimes one loop will end and another immediately starts.

Some films are repeated several times in a weeks' view list - it does not matter how new or how old the film is in the schedule.

The problem is getting worse - more frequent - and ruining the pleasure in watching.

The support desk has so far given me anodyne and vapid responses to my complaints, and no hint as to why it happens.

Am I the only one with this problem? I know that support desks routinely tell their clients "you are the only one ....."!
