Looking for some help please

I have signed up with Ilike tv

Bought 500 baht Truemoney and input the pin number.

The 500 baht has been accepted and I have selected a 450 baht package.

After more than 1 hour the points have not been deducted.

Is this normal and will the points eventually be deducted and the package then be available?

Any help is appreciated please.

I clicked ok and did not realise I had to scroll all the way down to click continue.

I have done that now and points are now deducted.

So all is good and I can enjoy the shows.
