Rugby World Cup - NZ

Featured Replies

Congratulations to NZ for taking out the Rugby World Cup 2015. It was a pleasure to watch it, too bad the thai commentary was a little confusing at times, but they gave it a good crack.

Anyway I hope NZ enjoy their victory

I don't mind Thai commentary the whole game but on both sound tracks rather then English on one like they did on GMM-Z is a bit odd - I am sure not everyone that wanted to watch it was going to get by with that vary well.

Is or was it ruled that after one hundred games leading to this one, English was OK but no longer on Halloween 2015 would it be allowed, or was it just another normal level of non professional screw-up we have become accustom to?

NZ played well and deserved the win.. all in all a good game. Australia made a few mistakes with line outs and ball turnovers, also I just feel Australia tend to always get nervous when against NZ and stand back, they need to be more aggressive, just my thoughts & opinion.

I am sure Aust will work on their game and come back stronger ...............

Good game enjoyed by both teams & congratulations to the 2015 Rugby World Cup Champions New Zealand !! clap2.gifintheclub.gif

see the what no rugby forum as i highlighted this illegal broadcaster [thats what it is] breaking into the english commentary since the quarter finals.

20seconds before the start and they cut off 20seconds at the end of the game.

i tried to contact GMM-Z but to no avail.

Watched it live on 365Sport, with English commentary and very enjoyable game with the Aussies fighting back well.

All credit to Stephen Moore re his praise of the All Blacks after the game, something he has found hard to do in the past. However IMO the Aussies are well set for the future under Cheika as he has worked wonders with the team.

This was a fitting end to the international careers of some great All Blacks and this team has been the best in the world for at least the last decade, with skipper Richie McCaw being probably the best player ever to grace a rugby field.

Agreed, I think NZ deserve to be World Cup medal holders as it reflects their performances over the last 4 years since the last World Cup. No doubt that Australia is moving out of the doldrums it was in, so I'm looking forward to next year.

I found that the Thai commentator that parlayed the semi final was actually quite ok and seemed to know rugby and the players, whilst the commentator for the final was older and seemed to be parroting the English commentary. However my wife, who really enjoyed the series appreciated the Thai commentary so good move for Thai rugby fans me thinks.

I watched this excellent game live using the ITV player.

I think forum rules forbid me from telling how to access the player but PM's will be answered.
