Unless you send by air freight you could be looking at 5 days because of the holiday and hte weekend. It has to go to Bangkok first and then be resent from there. This has been my experience in the past. Air freight with someone collecting at the airport is a sure way.

Thanks Don, I just heard from a friend who said if I take it to the Chiang Rai Air office near the Wang Come Hotel before 2pm tomorrow it will be there Friday.

Edit: That is to the door (a hotel), 190Baht.

How heavy is the parcel? Sounds cheap for a 'to the door' delivery.

Cheers

Never, never, ask a potential bad guy, "what's in the box?"

Let's just call it a package and leave it at that. whistling.gif

What do I do with an answer like that?

The box contains a pair of shoes, I estimate it would be around a kilo but I used 2 kg for the inquiry to be on the safe side.

Unfortunately sceadugenga's status as a bad guy may have long passed the potential stage in the opinion of some people...... whistling.gifrolleyes.gifcool.png

The parcel was delivered to the Phuket hotel almost 24 hours to the minute after being dropped at the Chiang Rai Air office.

The waybill put the weight at 1.5kg, I sent 200B with my courier but never saw any change... if there was any. rolleyes.gif
