^^^ I agree ...but the images actually belong to carlyai, copied from his previous post and placed here for reference.

This appears to be a Treatton 6-stage 50GPD / 300LPD RO system, and even though it has an electrical attachment it doesn't have a UV lamp.
So, probably the following:

Sediment Filter ~5 Micron lifespan 6-10 months

Block Carbon Filter (CTO) ~5-10 Micron lifespan 8-12 months

Resin Filter (RSN) lifespan 8-12 months

Reverse Osmosis Membrane lifespan 18-24 months

Inline Post Carbon Filter (Poly Propylene) lifespan 8-12 months

Inline Mineral Filter lifespan 8-12 months

I would probably wait until you returned to swap out any filters.
