It is Thailand-related because my fridge is in Thailand :)

I have a display fridge for storing beers, soft drinks etc at my guesthouse.

It is actually a second-hand Coca-cola display fridge, very reliable etc.

But the problem is that it is too cold and my drinks freeze up.

'So adjust the temperature control you dumb a***'

Cannot, because the temperature control has been bypassed by the company that renovated the fridge, presumably because the control wasn't functioning properly.

The fridge control is now digital ==> freezing cold or off.

Short of drilling a ventilation hole in the fridge door or leaving it open, any ideas how I might increase the temperature by a few degrees? Perhaps I should put the power on a cyclic timer ==> 1 hour on, 1 hour off etc.

To buy a new fridge is one suggestion of course coffee1.gif

Pop out the thermostat, take it to your local fridge man.

I'm sure he will be able to source something that will fit.

Failing that ebay will likely be your friend.

Maybe a winter coat, some mittens and a knit hat with one of those fuzzy balls on top.

Damn.... you beat me to it.
