Sorry if it's the wrong date. I read the notice in Nat'l Geo which is based in the USA. For them, it will probably still be the 8th when it happens in SE Asia. That's the date they gave. So what time does it happen in Thailand on the 9th? I know what GMT is, but what is UTC?

yeah, total further south and to the east along Indonesia and Sumatra. Only Partial from Thailand.
