Trimix, the only available "brand" as a topical/transdermal, would not ship to Asia, leaving men with the only option of injections. Now there is a company selling it worldwide (I think forum rules say I can't give the purchase info? PM me if you haven't heard.) The price is the same, but includes shipping. Has anyone bought any yet? I want reviews before I buy. Thx!

Though in this case it looks and is labled as lubricant (glycerine same as Astroglide) so the odds of customs seizure is low, and they have a dealer in Thailand, so, I suspect they already handled customs. As for patents, as I understand it, the patent is based on Prostaglandin e1, Papaverine, and Phentolamine, but the P&P are in micrograms (less than injectable when the rule of thumb is 25x more for transdermal - ie they only include it in the original to "legitimately" call it trimix - P&P in high milligrams does not work transdermally in studies.) This company uses naturally isolated and extracted protaglandins, not lab made, so is unregulated as a medication. I have used their injectable with great success. I need to use up my injections before I can buy cream... just a pension salary.

I hate injections. You fault me for sharing news of an available product that gives quality of life? Cool. I guess the lives of the men that have PM'd me for the company name mean nothing too. Cool. As for me,I will always keep up to date on men's health technology and share it with anyone who needs and wants it. I don't fault you for not wanting it. June 19, 20187 yr No change. Still not on the market in Thailand. The generic is approved, just no brand registered here. It is possible some of the private hospitals have brought it in, I don't know, you could try consulting a specialist in erectile disorders.
