I have just spent an hour searching/trying to find out where the TrueVisions audio channels have gone eg 1980 Hits, Blues etc.

I have been a subscriber since 2002 and if I am told they have been removed THAT will be the END.

Can anyone point me in the right direction before I spit the dummy?

On another note:-

Since they came and replaced our 'Top Boxes' with a new "HD" version me and most every one I know are having problems with the crappy new remote control. One friend is on his 4th. They are shlt - Cannot stand the cold and I have glued small pieces of "Alfoil" on each of the push buttons and warm the thing up every morning with TW's hair dryer.

TrueVisions will always remain -- "Effin <deleted>"

Ditto on the remotes. They suck. I'm on my third replacement. Last time, the girl at the counter had to try several before finding one that worked. At least they don't charge for them.
