Transport office open on Monday?

As its Chinese New Year( not a public holiday but observed) will immigration and transport office be open this Monday and Tuesday?

I don't see any public holidays on our Thai calender so I just assume they would be open ... ??

I read that some government offices etc treat observance as a public holiday, will see on Mondy.

Chinese New Year is not a public/government holiday. The observance refers to some businesses may close or allow their staff time off. Immigration will be open as normal.
