new DTAC ?"happy tourist" SIM card, how long will it be active if not used?

Featured Replies

I normaly go to a DTAC Service center and refill my mobile by 20 baht per month.

So I will pay 180 baht and have an extension of 9 months. But the 180 baht is not lost.. I have 180 baht on my mobile which I can use for spend in phone calls or internet. Work best for me.

It is possible to go extensions till 12 months. 1 year extension 240 baht... and for sure I need this 240 baht for some services.

  • Dialing *113*180*9# should extend your Dtac validity by 180 days but I think it is dependant on you having had the number for maybe a month and doing a recharge previously? Cost is 10 baht or some

I have just discovered this promotion only lasts 6 months (they keep that information very well hidden).

Well you might be interested in this then:  You can get 90, 180 and 360 days of validity online, from the comfort of you chair, wherever you are.  And you get end up with 30, 60 or 120 Baht worth of credit for future stuff.  DTAC, AIS or True Move.
