Hello and Sawasdee khrap,

A friend of mine is looking for land to build his own house, but after a long chat it turned out that an already existing house would be more convenient. His gf's from this area and they'll be married soon.

The place, preferable a free standing house, shouldn't be more than 15 km away from Sisaket city. But one or two Rai of land that's not in a flood area would also be a good start to build his own house.

The guy builds houses in Aussieland since a few years, so it's not a big deal for him to rebuild an existing house or adding a second house.

Should anybody of you know a nice place with at least a garden that's not too expensive and on sale, I'd be more than happy if you could send me a private message.

Thanks a lot in advance. Right now, there's no price range, we just wanted to see what's currently available. Uthumphon Phisai might be a little bit too far away, but knowing that there're many foreigners, it could be in my friend's interest if there's an affordable house and the location is good.

K Bank, SSK told me last week that they have approx 1500 premises/land on their book that have been repossessed/ available for sale.

Might be worth a chat with them?

P.S. I just checked the website and it seems that they have houses in Ubon area only.The one advertisement says Sisaket road, but it's in Warin Chamrap.
