Establishing a Thai Limited Liability Company - Pointers sought

Featured Replies

I note that the Department of Business Development website has some interesting guidebooks in Thai language (Things You Should Know & Do When a Partnership, Limited Company, Public Company, and Guidebook on Starting a Business with Direction). While I can read Thai, I am more comfortable reading English so wonder whether there are any equivalent books in English. FYI I will be setting up a business later this year. There will be no issues of foreign ownership, shareholding or directors as I have now gained Thai citizenship. I just want to establish a Thai limited liability company for export purposes. I have only just started researching the issue so any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
