Rent to own house

Featured Replies

As people know gf and I are trying to buy a house. As usual bank is being difficult.

Has anyone had any luck with lease or rent to own for buying a house?

As people know? Have you got enough cash to pay for at least half of it? Where does the money come from for monthly installments?

Be careful, the banks have longer arms. best of luck. -wai2.gif

The answer to your questions is yes the cash to make payments.

We are not looking to go through a bank hence Lease to own

Had a couple of developers offer finance themselves when looked before, rates were crazy though but better than nothing if no credit available through banks.

Lease to own is a misnomer. You are looking for an owner financed mortgage.

FazWaz is creating a lease-to-own program for freehold condos in Phuket, to be expanded to more regions and property types later.

Most <deleted>ty offers and plans come with it too. Garbage 100% as one could own a condo out right with just the deposit lol. Perfect for the greedy biters who will be hurting their own ass, paying down 3M baht to then get the other 3M on finance against high rates, while the real market value once it all collapses is maybe 3M.
