THAIPHUKET Posted March 31, 2016 Posted March 31, 2016 http://www.nytimes.com/2016/03/31/technology/personaltech/taking-control-of-the-windows-10-control-panel.html?ref=business Pressing simultaneously Windows Key + X You can also add the Control Panel to your collection of tiles. Enter “Control Panel” into the Search box . Right-click the Control Panel result in the list and choose “Pin to Start.” Once you have the tile pinned to the Start Menu, you can drag it into position at the top of the stack or wherever you find it easiest to use.
Pib Posted March 31, 2016 Posted March 31, 2016 For Win 10 just right click your Windows icon in the lower left of your screen and it also shows the Control Panel selection plus a bunch of other selections.
aarn Posted March 31, 2016 Posted March 31, 2016 Once you find it, Rclick it's icon in the taskbar and you have the option to pin to taskbar. Taskbar is better than start menu - the latter a dog's breakfast IMO. AA
