True WiFi

Featured Replies

Hi

I recently got a post pay True 4g package that includes WiFi.

Has anyone had any success connecting to it?

I've tried emailing True but got no response.

cheers

Mick

Call true Customer Service 1686...wait for the Thai intro to finish then hit "0" for operator. They will give you a password and username that you can sign in with when you are in range of True WiFi; at most BTS stations for instance.

Once the password and username has been entered make sure to check the box for your phone to remember them and you should be able to automatically sign in from that point on.

Thanks dddave

For others who might want to know :

The username is your phone number and you dial *871*4# to receive your password by sms.

If you're only going to use one device, you can have them enter the MAC info of your device into their system and then you will automatically log on without a username/password prompt. Not sure if they can do it over the phone. I did it at a True shop.

It most places in Pattaya its very poor signal slow data load. Its better over the Beach in Jomtien and will normally allow Youtube use
