New mercedes transmission trouble...its really Horrible!

Funny STAR assist.

I called there more than 10 times. have talked 4 peoples. They always tell me call me back.. But they hardly call me back. It is not working. I called dealer service to change oil and trouble.

they told me they have to change one of the part from Germany next week. and they charged me this..

It is funny and sad. This is the level of MB service in Thailand.

Please do not write about that you no have idea

for many years on many models of Mercedes is the system ASSIST PLUS.

This means that the service work do not from ODO and type a,b,c...

Computer tell ...what maintenance work that is necessary to do and what need replaced

And this is option in car computer - ASSIST PLUS !!!

Seems its a diesel - Adblue on the bill. What year is the car? How many kms covered?

If your friend was savvy enough to deal with the purchase of a premium motor car, why is he not doing all this?

Unfortunately, my friend can not speak the Thai.

Bad luck because mine is perfect. For sure I would contact Benz Germany immediately in case of problem.
