As the header says can we obtain a True nano sim on arrival for my lads iphone 6 which is already unlocked from the True Booth ??

You can definitely get a SIM there and I'm 99.99% sure they must have nano-SIMs as well.

These can be bought at 7/11's so that would be a pity that they don't have them at their booth.

Yes I've got True Move 2 in 1 Sims from the booth before but have no idea about nano sims ??

Can not answer for airport but the True SIM 4G we received 2 months ago is 3 in 1 version so same card breaks down to nano size.

A friend got a SIM on arrival at the BKK True kiosk recently and it was the same 3-in-1 version that lopburi3 mentions.
