Lucky Flame makes an affordable line of restaurant items in Thailand. Local "metal shops" could make the basic hood.

Jonny for used goods for sale in thailand give kaidee.com a go. May need a thai to configure location etc but can type in english but site is thai.thais sell 2nd and brand new items on there a LOT
